By acquiring the complete organization, the existing knowledge and experience inside the organization is safeguarded. In the new situation, the Holland Shipyards Group will provide its longstanding shipbuilding experience, as well as an increased international presence.
In order to remain a recognizable brand name, it has been decided to change the name of the organisation from Teus Vlot Dredging into TV Dredging.
The Teus Vlot Group will further focus its activities towards its core business: services, repairs, revision and sales of diesel engines, parts, electrical systems on board vessels and machining.
Teus Vlot Dredging, over the years, has become a widely recognized name when it comes to the development, construction or repair of, amongst others, hopper dredgers, cutter dredgers and dredging- and pump installations. By merging its activities with the Holland Shipyards Group, an organization with longstanding experience in shipbuilding in the broadest definition of the word, TV Dredging will be able to expand on the scope of products and services that are currently being offered to the dredging sector.
By utilizing the available engineering capacity within the Holland Shipyards Group, also larger, more complex and more international projects will fall within TV Dredging’s reach.
Whether it concerns repair works or new-build projects, under its new brand name TV Dredging strives to keep up high service levels to both existing and new customers in the Netherlands and elsewhere.
